Refund Policy
Cancellation & Schedule Changes
- Cancellation Charges are applied according to the following conditions:
- 25% of the total price for cancellations made 30 days to 15 days before the departure date.
- 50% of the total price for cancellations made 14 days to 8 days before the departure date.
- 75% of the total price for cancellations made 7 days to 4 days before the departure date.
- 100% of the total price for cancellations made 3 days before the departure date.
- If an individual cancellation or reduction in participants occurs, the invoice will remain as per the original booking or after the deposit or advance payment has been made..
- Rescheduling or Change of Schedule will be subject to availability of hotels, transport, and/or other factors. Changes can be made at least 14 days before arrival.
REFUND
- There will be no refund or deduction of costs if tourist attractions, meals, or hotels are cancelled not by PT Cakra Kharisma Sinergi, but by the participant or due to force majeure or unforeseen events.
- Refunds do not apply for individual cancellations or reduction in participants after agreement or payment of the deposit.
- If there is a refund due to cancellation of a tour package booking, the refund process will take place within 14 working days.
