Price

  1. The price we offer is in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
  2. The listed price is net price per person (except for family packages).
  3. Room rates are based on double occupancy (two persons sharing a room) or twin sharing unless otherwise specified.
  4. Package prices include what is stated under the package details. Please understand what is included and not included in the package you are booking.
  5. The listed price is for PRIVATE TOUR (not combined with other participants) except for ‘open trip’ packages.
  6. Prices are subject to change before a deposit (DP) is made.
  7. Additional charges apply during holiday periods, Eid al-Fitr, Christmas, New Year, and mandatory dinners at hotels.

    1. Name of Booker

  • Hotel reservations include breakfast for 2 persons. Additional charges apply for extra beds.
  • Upon receiving booking confirmation from the Team PT Cakra Kharisma Sinergi, the booker shall proceed with payment according to the specified method.
  • Last-minute tour package bookings require full payment prior to arrival.

Cancellation & Schedule Changes

  1. Cancellation Charges are applied according to the following conditions:
  • 25% of the total price for cancellations made 30 days to 15 days before the departure date.
  • 50% of the total price for cancellations made 14 days to 8 days before the departure date.
  • 75% of the total price for cancellations made 7 days to 4 days before the departure date.
  • 100% of the total price for cancellations made 3 days before the departure date.
  1. If an individual cancellation or reduction in participants occurs, the invoice will remain as per the original booking or after the deposit or advance payment has been made..
  2. Rescheduling or Change of Schedule will be subject to availability of hotels, transport, and/or other factors. Changes can be made at least 14 days before arrival.

REFUND

  1. There will be no refund or deduction of costs if tourist attractions, meals, or hotels are cancelled not by PT Cakra Kharisma Sinergi, but by the participant or due to force majeure or unforeseen events.
  2. Refunds do not apply for individual cancellations or reduction in participants after agreement or payment of the deposit.
  3. If there is a refund due to cancellation of a tour package booking, the refund process will take place within 14 working days.

CHILDREN'S CATEGORY

“Children’s category” refers to the age range of 2 – 6 years old, with the following pricing conditions:

  • One room with parents (1 adult + 1 child) is charged at 100%.
  • One room with parents (2 adults + 1 child) with an additional extra bed is charged at 75%.
  • One room with parents (2 adults + 1 child) without an extra bed is charged at 50%.
  • Maximum of 1 child per room with parents with the addition of 1 extra bed.
  • Babies/infants (0 – 24 months) are not charged.

OTHERS

  1. Confirmation is highly dependent on the availability of space, especially for accommodations/hotels. We will do our best to find an equivalent hotel if the requested hotel is fully booked. PT Cakra Kharisma Sinergi will send confirmation regarding your request via email or WhatsApp after all booking terms and conditions are fulfilled.
  2. Schedules listed in the package may change at any time according to field conditions.
  3. PT Cakra Kharisma Sinergi acts as an intermediary between guests and transportation companies or hotels and is not responsible for cancellations (delays), lost luggage, accidents, natural disasters, and any unforeseen events.
  4. Travelers are also advised to provide tips for hotel bellboys, drivers, and guides. The amount of tips is voluntary; the tour leader will suggest to travelers regarding this matter.
  5. Additional terms and conditions apply to package tour bookings and other tourism services, which will be communicated to you. If you do not agree to comply with other terms and conditions, including additional terms and conditions applicable to package tours and other tourism services, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

DISCLAIMER

PT Cakra Kharisma Sinergi is not responsible and cannot be sued for :

  1. Damage, loss, and delay of baggage by airlines, hotels, and other transportation equipment.
  2. For delays in baggage from the aircraft used, each participant must pick up their own baggage at any airport.
  3. Delay of a flight, cancellation of a flight, and all events that occur outside our tour package agenda.
  4. Changes in travel schedules due to natural disasters, riots, and other Force Majeure events.
  5. Death of a participant due to illness, accident, etc.
  6. We only provide service and are not responsible for flight cancellations, death, accidents, loss of carry-on baggage or personal belongings (camera, bags, jewelry, etc.) during stays at hotels or outside our tour schedule.
  7. Loss of tour equipment due to participant negligence
